Oakway Naturals provides FREE Shipping for ALL orders over $50.

Oakway Naturals has an excellent relationship with our manufacturers and we may ask them to ship directly to you. Or, we may ship your products from one of the manufacturer's distribution partners because they are either closer to you or because they currently have the product in stock. Either way, we guarantee your product will be fresh.  See Our Guarantee

Orders received by NOON Pacific Time (PST/PDT), will ship the same day.*

*For orders received on Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays, we will make every effort to ship on the same day. To minimize transit time, most probiotics only ship on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. This means probiotics ordered Thursday or Friday will usually ship on Monday. All probiotics requiring refrigeration are shipped with ice packs.

However, delays beyond our control (such as extreme weather conditions) may occur. Although shipping delays are rare, Oakway Naturals will attempt to update you via email should any shipping delays occur or you may view your Order Status online by clicking Order Status on the top of this page.

Shipping Destinations: We DO NOT ship outside the continental U.S. except to Alaska & Hawaii. Manufacturers ask us not to ship to persons known or suspected of exporting or reselling and insist that we cancel any of these types of orders.

Back Order Policy: We will ship your back order with NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES as soon as the product becomes available, typically within 7-10 business days. Since we ship factory-direct on most of our products, there is no way for us to know at any given time, what may, or may not be on back order; therefore, at the time you place your order, all items are charged. We will refund you if you choose not to wait for a backordered product.

The majority of orders arrive in 2 business days with UPS. However, Metagenics, Designs for Health, and Thorne Research orders sometimes ship via FedEx and may take a day or two longer. Occasionally, on small-sized orders or orders going to P.O. boxes, the manufacturer will use USPS – which can add a day or two to the transit time. The method of shipping is up to the discretion of the manufacturer. While we strive to get your package to you as quickly as possible, know that it can sometimes take up to about 5 business days to reach you depending on what was ordered, where it is shipping from, and where it is shipping to. UPS does not deliver on weekends, nor do they count weekend days as business days. However, orders that travel via FedEx or USPS can be delivered on Saturdays!

Having a different ship-to address from the bill-to address may also delay shipping if you are a first time customer. We may contact you if your ship-to and bill-to addresses are different to verify your order and location, which may delay your order. Once you have an established history of ordering from us, this additional verification step will be avoided.
