    Some years ago my chiropractor introduced me to this product and I have been using it ever since. It's my morning breakfast and keeps me going with energy until lunch time.
    I like it a lot and would highly recommend it.

    Love this product; it works great . . . helps drop the weight easily. I wish it were a tad less sweet, though, not always in the mood for dessert.
