    Mixed with milk it makes a great morning shake
    to which I add bananas, flax seed and cinnamon.
    And I find I am not hungry until lunchtime.

    This is my choice for breakfast. Fast to prepare
    and delicious. I use skim milk, banana, cinnamon

    Brandon Galloway is pleasant to work with and keeps you

    I keep ordering the same product because it is so easy
    to use and keeps you going until lunch time.
    I add some healthy things like a banana, flax seed that
    makes it even healthier.

    I don't like heavy breakfasts. So a simple, quick smoothy made of UltraMeal Rice by Metagenics is a great product and keeps me going until lunchtime.
