gives me five to six hours uninterrupted sleep. then i need to get up and read a while, or take something else for 2 or 3 more hours sleep. at 82, i'm not complaining!
Works great for muscle aches that disturb your sleep

I've been using this product since 2004 along with the regular MyoCalm for during the day upon the recommendation of my chiropractor and this is another product I won't be without! I have shared with family and friends and I can tell you it works and it helps!! I have never tried any other product like this so I have no comparison. All I can say is WOW....MyoCalm Plus for nighttime is as good as the regular! It helps you get a restful sleep and relaxes those tired and overworked muscles. Love it!
