    In place of taking antibodics, my Digestive Specialist recommended the ParaBodic Plus. I take 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening. I have been on them for almost two months. They are working (along with a low foodmap diet) - I don't have the symptoms any longer associated with SIBO. I have one more month to take them and then my doctor wants me to stop. We will see if the SIBO symptoms return at that time. If they do, he plans to treat me with antibiotics. I can only pray that my diet alone will keep the SIBO symptoms away.
